Major hotel brands announced annual changes in their hotel categories in the past week. Marriott and Starwood both had quite some impact on India. SpiceJet announced (a sort of) ~~loyalty~~ membership programme with privileges. Etihad Guest also released a promotion that gives flyers an opportunity to earn upto 3x elite qualification miles. Also, with Uber and IHG’s new tie-up, you could earn 2000 IHG qualifying points
