Did you get a Starwood’s Member Exclusive promotion?

Starwood is running a new member exclusive promotion where targeted SPG members are receiving various bonus points and stays offers.

Usually members who are targeted for this promotion will have received an email from Starwood however you can also log into your SPG account and check if you are eligible for this offer.

Unfortunately both Ajay and I have not been targeted this time. Though some of the offers received by members so far are :

  • 4,000 bonus points per stay (maximum limit of 12,000 points)
  • 2,000 bonus points on 2nd / 3rd and 6th stay (maximum limit of 6,000 points)
  • A free night certificate

Bottomline:

If you are an SPG member and haven not received an email it’s worth logging into your SPG account. The good news is that these promotions can be stacked with other Starwood promotions like the SPG Take Three Summer promotion and can accelerate your point earning.

  1. Got a double up elite qualifying nights promo in email – registered and confirmed on SPG promos site. Will help me renew my Platinum for next year easily.

  2. i got the email. it was for doubling up on elite qualifying stays and nights which is meh. but i thought what the heck, might as well register. but when i put my SPG # in, it says “oops” try again later.

  3. I did receive an email but it throws up an error-Something went wrong, so we couldn’t process your request. I am also having a hard time communicating with their customer care about missing points for 3 nights at W Goa earlier in the month so thinking if I should bother with the error or not!
