In November 2017, Carlson Rezidor hotels announced their timeline to rebrand to the Radisson Hotel Group. Then last week they announced the move to rename Club Carlson to Radisson Rewards.

Radisson Rewards has now published its first global promotion where members can earn up to 1,20,000 bonus points for stays through June 30, 2018. This is a tiered promotion where members will earn Radisson Rewards bonus points in the following manner:

• Complete two nights and earn 5,000 bonus points.
• Complete five nights and earn 15,000 bonus points.
• Complete ten nights and earn  50,000 bonus points.
• Complete twenty+ nights and earn 120,000 bonus points.

Members will need to register for this offer. The booking period for this promotion is between March 12 and April 15, 2018, and bonus points will be earned for stays between March 12 and June 30, 2018. The great thing is that you can earn points across all Radisson hotels worldwide. Additionally,  everytime you book using the Radisson Rewards app, you earn an extra 500 bonus points.

Only revenue bookings are eligible for the bonus points under this offer and points/points + cash bookings will not earn any bonus points. The points will be credited to your account 5 days after you complete the qualifying nights required for each tier.

Bottomline

If you can max out the promotion, then this is a great promotion to go for. Radisson has a large footprint in India with ~100 hotels, and most of the hotels fall in the value price range. If you manage to complete 20 nights, you use your Radisson Rewards points to get at least 3 nights at the Radisson Blu resort in Goa or a weeklong stay at the Radisson in Nepal.
