I checked into the 60-day old Andaz Delhi hotel today, only to be surprised by the low bar they set for themselves in terms of delivering service and a consistent experience to guests! Here is a report into how NOT to open the first of a new brand in India!
Two days ago, I flew Etihad’s short A380 route from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi in First Apartment. Here’s review of my experience and all that Etihad has to offer during this short 2hr 30mins flight.
When it comes to flying to Australia from India, Etihad is a wonderful option if you are willing to back-track a bit and fly via Abu Dhabi. Shipra and myself arrived at Abu Dhabi last night, and we are on our way to Australia shortly. Find out what is in store!
On a recent trip, I had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchid City Centre. It had a great location and a good price point in case you are looking for a business hotel and not a luxury hotel in Singapore. Here is a complete review.

The Grand Hyatt Goa is a 5 year old resort located in North Goa. This Category 3 hotel could be one of your best redemptions ever, or a great use of a DSU as well. Check out our experience during our recent stay, where we lucked out by getting a double upgrade to the Executive Suite of the hotel.

Everything is broken on their planes, and the general apathy of the people in their offices towards passengers is unbeatable! They just don’t want to seem to fix the customer experience.
