Hello from the St. Regis Hotel Mumbai folks. This past week we have lots of news on hotels covered apart from our review of Vistara’s flahship lounge in Delhi. Other than this, EK 521’s crash landing was the most unfortunate event this week, even more sad were the comments that an airline crew made on social media which were full of racist slander. As an ex-airline employee, I could not hold myself but share my perspective of the situation and human behaviour in panic situation.
