Like many of you already know, Vistara is a joint venture between the Tata Group and Singapore Airlines. While Singapore Airlines has recently started offering benefits to Vistara Elites, Tata Group employees on the other hand get perks on Vistara.

Vistara has a special tier for Tata Employees, which is called the Tata Employee Tier. The benefits include:

• 9 Club Vistara points on every INR 100 spent
• Higher preference on priority waitlist clearance compared to base tier customers (but below Gold & Platinum Tier customers)
• Additional baggage allowance of 5 kgs over the baggage allowance of the cabin class booked
• Check in on the Vistara Premium Economy Counter
• 1 Complimentary 1-class upgrade per annum
• 1 Complimentary Lounge Access per annum

This is essentially the Silver Tier of the program, however, without the need to fly 20 sectors or earn 15000 tier points to get there.

Eligibility

You need to be an employee of a Tata company to be able to be registered, as you will need to send a copy of your ID. You definitely will need a company email account, since all Vistara communications will go to your official email address. Additionally, if you quit, you go back to the normal tier system determined by your last 12 months activity with Vistara.

Welcome Bonus

If you register for the Tata Employee Tier, you could get 500 Club Vistara points on your first Vistara Flight. However, the offer is valid only for enrolment through September 30, 2017. Subsequently you have to travel within 90 days to get the bonus points.

Free Flight Ticket Offer

For those who are in the tier, if you complete 10 flights within the calendar year 2017, you get 1 free flight ticket as well.
