GoAir Sale 1099 INR through August 9, 2018 (Extended through August 15)

GoAir GoGr8 Sale GoAir Sale 1099

You get tickets from INR 1099 all-inclusive. You also get offers worth up to ₹ 3000 when you book on GoAir.in or GoAir mobile app. Booking is open between August 4, 2018, and August 9, 2018 (extended till August 15, 2018) for travel between August 4, 2018, through December 31, 2018. Additionally, if you pay with PayTM, you get a 5% cashback, up to INR 250 for paying with PayTM.

There are some good discounts there.  Unfortunately, the airline did not mark the sale fares separately.

Not just that, you can also try and book with MakeMyTrip, Akbar Travels, Cleartrip and other OTAs, who are going to stack their own discounts on top of GoAir’s sale prices.

Bottomline

On one hand we keep wondering why airlines are not able to raise fares, on the other hand, GoAir, which is slightly profitable but is growing ever so slowly, continues to dump inventory in the market to fill up their planes.

Where are you heading to this year with this GoAir sale?

  1. Fellow Loungers, I have bad experience in these kind of sales hosted by GoAir.
They get you to buy cheap tickets in advance and then when the travel date comes near, they just cancel the flight. Now we all know it is families who book these tickets for vacations planned in advance. So it is quite a blow to your wallet as hotel reservations, holiday anticipation force you to rebook on a, now, expensive flight from other carriers.
I think GoAir is into interest earning business rather than flying people.
    That is my personal opinion.
Maybe the sector I booked was not so heavily travelled.
