Last year, we caved into the huge demand for doing offline meetups across cities. In our initial meetups, we went to Mumbai and Bangalore and met so many of our readers, AVgeek friends, points and miles chasers and travellers.

It was a lot of fun, so this time we are trying to do this in a more organised fashion. To start, there is a new website up and running for those of you who want to keep track on LiveFromALounge Events. It’s called LiveFromALounge.Plus, and it’ll be your starting point for everything that the Live From A Lounge community has to offer to you. I’ll encourage you to sign up for the mailing list on the home page for getting updates on the future events.

Mileage Mentor MasterClass Mumbai September 8, 2018

Coming to the more exciting updates. After the first Mileage Mentor MasterClass sold out, we have organised the second session in Mumbai on the following weekend. Same content, same lineup. So if you missed getting a seat the first time around, then come over for the second session on September 8, 2018.

Points And Pints Mumbai: September 1, 2018

After the stellar success of the first Points And Pints Mumbai last year, where we had about 50 people turn up, we are happy to bring up the second one in Mumbai. On September 1, 2018, from 4 PM to 6:30 PM, Shipra, myself and the LFAL gang will come together to clink their pints or lemonades and meet their 50 new best friends who can talk miles, points, aeroplanes and everything under the sun.

The idea is to come around and grab a beer or a snack (buy your own!), meet another status/mile/point collectors and see how we can grow further as a community. Like I’ve always said, I’d encourage you to bring your spouses and/or friends along, even if they don’t connect with the hobby.
