Qantas will research for Project Sunrise on 787-9 delivery flights

Qantas is upping their preparation for the Project Sunrise flights that will take off in a few years. For this, they are repurposing the delivery flights of their aircraft and flying it in from New York/ London to Sydney directly to research how a human would react on 20 hours on an aircraft.

Qantas re-introduces Singapore on ’Roo Route in 2018, leaving Dubai

Qantas has been making some real big changes to their network. As of next year, they will stop flying their own metal to London via Dubai, but will keep the JV with Emirates. They will also have flights on offer via Singapore to London as of March 2018. And a new flight between Perth and London direct.
