Points & Pints Mumbai coming up tomorrow. Have you signed up?

Last week, we sought your inputs on organising the first Mumbai Points & Miles meetup. About half of those who voted suggested they’d like to come in on Saturday, October 7 at a central location such as in West Mumbai. That would be tomorrow!

We booked up a whole section at the newly-opened Doolally Taproom in Khar to get this going. We are looking at starting at 12:30 pm and carry on through the rest of the afternoon. Given we ran out of the originally allocated space, we took over almost a whole floor.

The idea is to come around and grab a beer or cider or a snack (buy your own!), meet other status/mile/point collectors and see how we can grow further as a community. I’d encourage you to bring your spouses and/or friends along, even if they don’t connect with the hobby.

To sum up, here are the essential details:

  • Date: 7 October 2017
  • Time: 12:30 onwards
  • Address: 10 A Rajkutir, E854, 3rd Road, Khar West, Ram Krishna Nagar, Khar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400052 Map
  • If you are taking the train, it is a short walk from the Khar Road station. If you are driving, you should be similarly able to cut from SV Road.

I’ve set up an RSVP form, and this would help me gauge the number of people coming, as well as make a giveaway happen as well. While everyone is invited to join, those who pre-register could win some cool prizes. If you haven’t filled it up yet, please do fill up the form now!

I’d also request you to send me advance questions on email at ajay at livefromalounge dot com, so that we could prepare for some of the most frequently asked questions.

I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone and put a face to all those names. So who all are coming?

Mumbai, see you tomorrow!
